the Sowell life's Friday five...
1) {Nursery Preview} We are slowly but surely getting little AC's nursery ready for her arrival. Even though she won't be sleeping in there for a few months once we bring her home. I'm excited that her crib is ready to go, complete with her custom painting above it.
2) {A Little Baking} So, we ran out of Reese's Peanut Butter Hearts on Monday morning. Tragic, I know. The Mr was heading to the grocery store after work, but I started my chocolate and peanut butter craving before he got home. I just happened to have peanut butter cookie dough in the fridge and a package of Hershey Kisses in the pantry. Craving satisfied. BTW, these took 12 minutes total to make.
3) {Snowy Delivery} The weather started getting rough Tuesday right before noon, and our postal service lady managed to make it to our door to deliver a package. It was something the Mr wanted for our little girl. You know, warm wipes!!
4) {A Winter Wonderland} Once the snow started falling Tuesday morning, it pretty much didn't stop or let up until around 3:30 that afternoon. This was the first time I've seen our home covered in snow. I actually didn't walk out in it, but I did snap a picture of the backyard from the back door window, and had the Mr take our camera to the street to take a photo of the front of the house when he got home from work.
5) {Bump Update} Sorry y'all... no picture for this week. Why? Because I haven't put any clothes besides my lounge pants and shirts that barely cover my belly anymore. Also, makeup and fixing my hair has been the last thing on my mind. So... I am sparing y'all the actual picture and just leaving you with that visual. However, I think we are getting out to go grocery shopping Saturday, so stay tuned to instagram and you might get a peek at the ever growing belly.
